Ivanti Voice has two installation wizards:

1. Installing Ivanti Voice Server
   • Run this installation wizard once on the Ivanti Voice host computer to install Ivanti Voice Server.
   • It provides options for installing integrations with HEAT, Ivanti Neurons for ITSM and Goldmine Enterprise Edition (GMEE), and SaaS integrations.
   • It installs the client components on your Ivanti Voice server host computer so that you don't have to add the separate Client installation wizard on the Server host computer.
2. Installing Ivanti Voice Client

   Ivanti Voice supports unattended client installation. See Installing Ivanti Voice Client Unattended.

   • Run this installation wizard on client computers in your Ivanti Voice network.
   • Don't run the Client installation wizard on the Ivanti Voice server host computer.
